Protecting My Crown!
I like to take a Hair, Skin and Nails supplement everyday. It has been working for me when I compare myself to other women in my age group. This supplement appears to be substantial and contains adequate amounts of the vitamins and minerals I look for. It appears to be fairly priced.
No taste or aftertaste
I am trying to get healthier, and have restarted taking vitamins and supplements. I used to take them regularly but got sidetracked and stopped months ago. So I have been looking for new ones to start up with. One I have been looking into was biotin, my hair and nails has been getting thin, my hair used to be much thicker but is getting thinner and seems to be falling out, I’m not happy about that. And my nails used to be long and strong, always started to break one at a time but lately they seem to be thinner and cracking a lot more, and lower down, as in below the quick. So when I saw this supplement, which contains biotin and other vitamins as well, like E, B and C I thought I would give these a try. I like that they are easy to swallow, are tasteless and didn’t leave a nasty vitamin aftertaste in my mouth. I haven’t been taking these long enough to notice a difference, those kind of things take time but I am hopeful for good results.

Good for you not the best price
I already take biotin for my hair, skin, and nails so when I saw this available for a Vine product review I thought, "Why not try it?"
PROS * easy to use * easy to swallow * seems a good combination of ingredients * supports health of nails, hair, and skin CONS and why I am giving this 4 stars * priced high at $23.99 for 60 pills which only covers a month. Recommend if on sale. It is hard to judge the efficacy of the pills as you have to take them for a month at least to see results. For now I am giving this 4 stars because other than the price it comes across a good product. However, you can get similar products for a better price. |
