Great vitamin e supplement

This supplement seems to be really nice quality as far as I can tell and I like that there are not a lot of additive ingredients in it as this makes me feel like it's safer to take. Easy to swallow and good quantity. Overall am satisfied with this supplement and really looking forward to health benefits from taking individual vitamin e.

Really appreciate the use of extra virgin olive oil

So these gel caps do not have seed oils in them which I really appreciate. Thank you to this brand for using extra virgin olive oil. The capsules are not too big and easy to swell out. This is almost a 2-month supply. I take this along with vitamin A, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. All four of these vitamins are recommended in the book vitamin K2 and the calcium paradox which you can read on Amazon audible or buy the book right here on Amazon. I highly recommend it. It was a game changer for me. Keep taking this brand as I am impressed.

Vitamin E Caps

I like that this is a liquid capsule for Vitamin E and that the "Other Ingredients" is only two items: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and bovine gelatin. Serving size is one capsule a day and there are 50 caps in the bottle so it'll last a bit more than a month and a 1/2. Be sure to read the bottle's caution before purchasing.
