If large pills are difficult for you to swallow, I would steer clear of these. The pills are pretty big. I just chugged them down with a large glass of water. This is a good deal for a 2-month supply. I also appreciate the quercetin that's added to this. Thank you for adding this.

High dose (1000 mg) Vitamin C in just one pill, making supplementation easy. Vitamin C derived from a wide variety of citrus fruits, which I like. Supplement also contains extracts of other herbals including rose hips and acerola fruit, so read label carefully before purchase if allergies are a concern.

I'll give these caps a try but the "Other Ingredients" list is quite (and unnecessarily in my opinion) lengthy. There are 60 caps taken daily so they'll last about two months.

These vitamin C pills are quite big which makes them a little hard to swallow.
Looking at the supplement facts though, I do think it is worth the effort of swallowing them. All too often a supplement is called Vitamin C with only a small amount of the actual C, so I'm always looking for the 1000 MG and this one has it. The additional ingredients can also be found on the bottle.
This bottle came very well secured with an inner seal as well as plastic over the top. Both of these are standard and always reassuring to see.
There is no child proof cap. This is not a requirement for vitamins although I do want to mention it for people who have children.
Expiration date is about a year and 8 months into the future.
