Nice daily multivitamin
I go back and forth with taking daily multivitamins. Some people say there's no evidence that they actually help in the long term, and it's always better to try and get needed nutrients in the diet rather than relying on supplements. However, I don't keep the best diet, and I test low on several important vitamins, so I find it beneficial to supplement
These contain a nice mix of vitamins and plant based nutrients to supplement dietary intake. It does require 3 tablets per serving, but I didn't have any problem getting them down. I would say they are medium sized tablets. I haven't had any issues so far after taking these daily for about a week I don't know anything about the company nutricashop, but I plan on taking the full month of these and getting my levels tested, and I will decide from there whether to stick with these. Ideally, nutrients should come from our diet, but it is a challenge to work out a meal plan that covers all the bases, everyday. This product is an alternative method to take a full spectrum of vegetable-based vitamins and minerals in a single serving.
Covers all the bases
I needed a standard daily multi-vitamin and this seems to cover all the bases. My one complaint about the product is that I need a magnifying glass to read the label. That is some super tiny writing.
As an old guy, I need to make sure I get as much of the RDA as possible. This covers a wide spectrum of daily needs. Your mileage may vary. Good all-around multi with other vegan ingredients - three pill serving size
This is a great multi-vitamin featuring efficacious doses a comprehensive list of vitamins, but does require a 3 pill serving size to meet doses as listed on the bottle. For me, that's a lot of pills to consume to reach recommended daily values, but also allows for more customized supplementation. Pills also contain a variety of herbal and vegetable extracts - important to review ingredients list to double check for allergens if you have allergy concerns.
