Supplement that Works!

I am incredibly satisfied with these supplements! I have sleeping issues often (mainly due to anxiety) and I really do not want prescription sleeping pills. At the same time I've gotten to the point to where simple melatonin doesn't really work for me anymore. These have been able to not just help me fall asleep but stay asleep throughout the evening. I highly recommend these!

Showing promise!

I have some of these ingredients as individual supplements, so I was happy to be able to try them together. No gross capsule flavor, which is always nice. I’m pretty exhausted at night, and it’s basically a 50-50 chance of my passing out quickly vs insomnia or anxiety keeping me awake a few hours than desired, so it’s always a little difficult to review sleep supplements even once the bottle is empty.. and it’s just barely half, but I will say that for the few weeks before starting this I had been waking up to use the bathroom several times a night.
It’s pretty frustrating when all I want is sleep, especially on the nights when I actually fall asleep quickly, which is my biggest struggle, to then wake up at 2-3 & 4 am anyways.
The first few nights taking this, I definitely fell asleep quickly and only woke up once. That was promising, but still could’ve been coincidental. This morning however I was shocked to see sunlight coming t

A helpful sleep aid

I am usually very restless at night trying to sleep and get up in the morning very tired. I've taken Melatonin in the past which works pretty well for me so I decided to give this supplement a try. I found that it works just as well as Melatonin but also has a further calming affect that also helps me get to sleep faster. Overall I have had no side effects and would recommend this product.

Great Sleep Complex

This sleep complex has a great mix of key sleep aid ingredients such as 200 mg magnesium, 400 mg
L-Theanine, 2 mg Melatonin etc. Although it took me a little longer(about 40 minutes) to fall asleep, I
was literally waken up by my alarm at 8 a.m. without waking up in the middle of the night. Its
effectiveness probably depends on the severity of each person's sleep problem and what ingredient works
the best. It also depends on how active one's brain is before bedtime. In my case, my brain was a bit
active before my bedtime, and I only took one capsule instead of two. Hence, for those who have worse
sleeping problems or whose brains are too active before bedtime, it's better to take two capsules.
Overall, it's still a great sleep aid given the fact that I didn't wake up once I fell asleep until my alarm went
off.

Effective sleep blend

This sleep complex contains a blend of seven ingredients that are recommended to help with sleep. My wife and I have each taken one capsule before bedtime and it has helped both of us achieve a good restful sleep, without producing any dopy drowsiness or morning fog that occurs with prescription sleep meds. Surprisingly effective

I've been one that has always had problems sleeping. i've used Advil or Tylenol PM for years and have had multiple "natural" sleep products with varied successes. I tried this sleep complex thinking...what have I got to lose! Surprisingly I've slept better than I have in a long time. I've been gradually weaning myself off of my "PM" products and I've seen NO change...in fact, I'm sleeping better now taking this product than I have been with the PM stuff. This product arrived with a shrink wrapped cap and safety sealed lid. The shelf life is 2 years and the directions state take 1 or 2 capsules at bedtime. I took this about 30 minutes before bedtime and it helped me fall asleep quickly and more importantly the next morning I didn't experience any grogginess. There are 60 capsules for 30 servings. The instructions state that this is for adults 18+ so this is not meant for the kids. Besides 2 mg of melatonin there is magnesium, L-Theanine, GABA, and 5-HTP which helps promote a great nights sleep.

A well-balanced an effective sleep aid.

This supplement has all the ingredients needed for well-balanced sleep. People get hung up on how much melatonin there is in certain things, but too much melatonin can have very detrimental effects. Every ingredient in this supplement is exactly what my doctor recommended (I have a severe insomnia problem), and by coincidence, a doctor on “The Today Show” recommended about a week ago. It works well, and I feel rested in the morning, not groggy… Recommended.

Didn’t leave me groggy

I’m a very poor sleeper, so I was excited about a new sleep aid. Dosage is 1-2 capsules, I took one. I took the capsule about 2 hours before bedtime. I went to bed when i started to feel drowsy. I’d say it still took me a bit too long to fall asleep, I have trouble turning my mind off. I feel like I woke during the night less often, and did fall right back to sleep. Which is where I struggle. I’m pleased with this result. I may try 2 capsules tonight.

Good combination of ingredients for sleep.

I took two capsules about an hour before bedtime and unfortunately they did not help me to fall asleep any quicker. However I did have a more restful sleep without waking up as often during the night as I usually did. Not as effective as I would like but still worth taking.

Half the recommended dose works best for me😴

I’ve tried many herbal sleep supplements. I’m not a fan of Melatonin because more than a very small amount of it(say, 3 mg or less) usually results in me waking up with a headache. I also feel that when herbal sleep supplements add Melatonin, which is cheap, it’s kind of a cop out. Also, Melatonin is a hormone that can mess with your hormones. The recommended dose of this sleep supplement contained only 2 mg of Melatonin, so I decided to give it a try. What I found was that the recommended dose of 2 capsules did not work well for me, I was unable to sleep through the night and woke up several times...it kind of disrupted my sleep. However, when I tried just one capsule(half the recommended dose) I found that this supplement did help me fall asleep 😴 easily and experience good quality sleep throughout the night.

Makes Me Fall Asleep Fast

I always take something to help me fall asleep, although what I take varies depending on what I have on hand at the time. I was surprised by how quickly these Nutricashop Sleep Complex supplements get me ready for bed. Not long after taking this supplement, my eyes are closing, so I actually delay taking it until I know for sure I am ready to go to sleep in the imminent future! It is great at getting me in bed and asleep quickly; however, I do still wake up often throughout the night, although this is normal for me. I would give this product five stars if it put me in a deep enough sleep to prevent that!

Better sleep soon...

My standard disclaimer: Talk to your doctor before taking ANY supplements. I got these because when I read the label they had nearly identical ingredients to a product I already use. My normal go-to item is not available temporarily due to transportation issues or whatever... that disclaimer that a lot of places use now for supply shortages. I took my first one last night since I've been out of my normal ones for about a week (and suffering because of it!), and I slept well. Normally, supplements take time to kick in, but I think since I was already used to taking something similar there was less "adjusting" time. Good product. Decent sized pills you won't choke on. No foul or off-putting odors or aftertaste.

Pretty pricy sleep aid

There are a lot of sleep aid supplements on the market, and this one is on the high end in terms of price. The ingredients are a mix of several things that should improve sleep, but I think I prefer using a product with fewer ingredients. If single ingredients like melatonin, magnesium or L-theanine don't improve your sleep, perhaps this is the perfect blend for you. I prefer to keep it simple, and while melatonin definitely helps me sleep, I can do without the vivid nightmares I get from using it. If other products don't work well for you, this blend will probably be beneficial, but I'll stick to lower costs and fewer ingredients.

Works for about 6 hours...

So I have tried this two nights in a row and wake up after sleeping six hours and can't fall back asleep. Maybe for other people this works well but I switch back and forth from nightshift and this is not helping me with the change of shifts. Was hoping for better...
