Sleep Complex: Wonderful blend to treat insomnia with further benefits in anxiety and depression.Mucuna Pruriens helps to boost dopamine levels in humans.Melatonin treats circadian rhythm sleep disorders.The inclusion of L-Theanine,an amino acid at its optimal dose of 400mg is excellent.GABA shortens fall asleep time and 5HTP converted in body to serotonin is effective in increasing REM sleep.Magnesium has a calming effect. The ingredients in the product provide a synergistic effect upon each other so as to be effective in different mechanisms to treat insomnia.Good product.

Probiotic Blend: The product contains a good balance of prebiotics and probiotics in the form of good bacteria from Bacillus,Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species.The XOS acts as a prebiotic while FOS(occurs in plants) provides gut bacteria with nutrients and energy and also suppresses unhealthy bacteria such as Clostridium perfringens,very well balanced product to promote gut health.

I've been looking for a natural quality sleep aid for a while now, so I decided to give Nutricashop's Sleep Complex a try, and have been impressed by the results. Nutricashop Sleep complex is composed of natural non-GMO containing formula which consist of ingredients such as magnesium, GABA, 5-HTP, and melatonin, which have been shown to help regulate and maintain sleep.

After taking the Sleep Complex for a week, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality. Falling asleep became easier, and I stayed asleep longer without waking up in the middle of the night. I also woke up feeling more refreshed and less groggy than I used to with other sleep aids.

The only con I have about this product is the directions say to take 2 capsules at bedtime which made me nauseous some nights if I didn’t have a full stomach prior to bed. However, I didn’t experience any nauseousness when I took only 1 capsule prior to bed even on an empty stomach.

Nutricashop’s Vitamin C and Hair, Skin, and Nails Vitamins are well crafted and formulated to provide optimal supplemental nutrition. I am extremely impressed with the amount of active ingredients within each vitamin and the minimal ingredients. As someone who is also health conscious, and avoids products with too many filler ingredients- I would easily grab another bottle of Nutricashop off the shelf with no hesitation.

I frequently take Vitamin C towards the end of summer and during the winter months and Nutricashops Vitamin C is formulated as ascorbic acid which is great because ascorbic acid is absorbed in the body more easily. It also comes with a dosage at 1000 mg per tablet which is convenient if you want to get a high dose in, so you can safely take 2 tablets per day if needed but one is more than enough. I am sure that taking 1 tablet per day of this Vitamin C will be beneficial for my immune system.

I also started taking the Hair, Skin, and Nails Vitamins which contains 5000 mcg of Biotin, 400 mg of Vitamin C, 40 mg of Vitamin E, 4 mg of Vitamin B-6, along with Calcium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, and Manganese. I have not taken it long enough to see results yet but I am sure that these vitamins will continue to nourish the health of my hair, skin and nails overtime with the formulation of ingredients and high dose of biotin. Studies have shown that people are more likely to see results with biotin in people who have a biotin deficiency, but there is no harm in taking a biotin supplement for added nourishment as long as it is not in excess. I am particularly pleased that the biotin is paired with Vitamin E which is known to aid in skin health, and Vitamin C which helps the absorption of other nutrients.

Overall, if you are in the market for a Vitamin with minimal filler ingredients, high potency, and well packaged I would recommend Nutricashop supplements.
